The practice of yoga is our faithful guide to awareness, tranquility, health, kindness, inner and outer beauty, love, acceptance of oneself and surrounding people
Practicing yoga regularly for more than 10 years with different teachers around the world, I decided to undergo vocational training and personal experience to be able to share it with others with my personal approach. For creating the classes, I have chosen the Vinyasa style as a base.

For me, the practice of yoga is a great opportunity to get healthier, get to know yourself and your body, to be able to listen to yourself. The main task in practice is strengthening and flexibility both of the body and the mind, search for inner harmony, togetherness of the physical and the mental, which is achieved through regular activities and genuine curiosity.

Yoga can be a good answer to the question - How to live in this world in health and harmony with yourself and others, how to do good, interacting with the surrounding world, exploring new facets of the world and yourself?

I was happy to be taught by many teachers worldwide, with the variety of methods involved, including both the traditional ones and thise of the modern tendencies. This helped me to create my own style of yoga practice

Dynamic Class, where each movement is connected with the breath. All the class is a soft or intense flow, we don’t focus on holding the positions too long. Each class we focus on different goals. And, of course, we enjoy the relaxation practice at the end.
Yoga Hatha
In this classes we hold longer each position and we focus more on alignement
Yin Yoga
In Yin Yoga Class we hold each position much longer and we focus on relaxation and observation of our body and mind.
Yoga Therapy Class
In this class we focus on the mobility, soft movements and recovery for the spine, general joints mobility and breathing technics.
AYA
A class based on athletic flow, animal movements, flow work and working with balances
Yoga with hammock
The Yoga class with hammock is an amazing diversity of the yoga type: Thanks to hammocks we can work deeper on the strength and flexibility of different body parts,
Working on traction (stretching) for the spine.
This is a great opportunity to do inversions without a yoga mat! It can be either a soft class for everybody or an intense class for those who want a fitness type training
Breathing Work § Pranayama
While doing our breathing technics we work with our nervous system. Using some technics we activate our sympathetic nervous system which is responsible for our active state or parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for our relaxation § digestion mood. It is also calming our mind and helps to be stress - relieved
Meditation
One of the main goals of the meditation , talking about physical and emotional benefits:

Knowing how to calm your mind, to be more concentrated in your daily life, being able to recognise your emotions and knowing how to manage them.
