You have been practicing yoga for at least 1 year regularly and want to advance in your practice
You teach yoga and you want to renew, refresh and diversify your knowledge and experience
learn more about the class structure
know how to create creative sequencing
deepen their asana practice
understand different ways to construct a class
learn more and better understand the practice of movement yoga
During 3 full days of theory and practice, we will study the principles of sequencing:
We will also touch on aspects of pranayama
After completing this training, you will receive a 30h certified diploma
You will be able to create different types of courses based on anatomical aspects or elements
You will find answers to most of your questions about building a class and asanas
You will experience the meaning and you will understand the structure of a class
You will teach your own class to real students
You will understand why we start and end the courses in one way or another
At the end of this training, you
√ be able to create your own course with a beginning and an end using different concepts
√ will have the keys to progress in your personal practice during this training and beyond
This training will not cover: advanced asanas or traditional philosophy. Nevertheless, the training practices will be intense
About me
Passionately curious and #studentforlife, I study yoga therapy, meditation and the art of movement through different approaches. I regularly participate in workshops and continue my training with famous teachers from all over the world. During this training, I will accompany you in a deeper exploration of your yoga routine in order to discover new and creative ways to develop your practice.
In this 30-hour training I will share with you my experience of yoga, diversified and accumulated in 10 years of practice around the world. Studying different methods of yoga and the art of movement with multiple teachers has helped me bring out a personal and unique approach, which I am happy to share with you as part of this training.
